Linda got her start in newspaper with the South Charleston Spectator. She had several columns published, as well as a middle grade ten-week serial.
She completed a course with the Institute for Children's Literature and earned a degree in psychology and sociology at Anderson University, in Anderson, Indiana. That's where she learned the voices in her head were actually characters from stories waiting to be told.
By day, Linda works as a library assistant at a branch of the county’s public library system where two of her duties include choosing books for the young adult and Christian fiction areas. As a result, she has a very long “To Read” list. In her spare time she writes the stories her voices tell her.
Linda lives in west-central Ohio with her husband, two daughters, grandson, a bossy tomcat and a high energy Jack Russell.
Linda is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers and Romance Writers of America
